The ranking formula for Google’s main search function looks for the keywords in the visible body text, header tags, title tags and hypertext links. Google gives a very heavy weighting to the link popularity, with extra points for quality of links and relevancy of text around the links.

Sandeep Most Search Engines like Google have spider called the Google Bot, it can be looked at like Google Software that they send out on the web at very high speeds. The spider’s job is to constantly scan for content and look for links. Every link that the spider finds and sees lets the spider find a new page. And when a new page is scanned on the web by the Google Bot, its called “Indexing”. Now, when you have a new web page on the internet, the best way is to build up back links and let the google spider recognize it.
